Recently, several spam accounts have continued to write spam comments containing links to malicious sites.

We've removed them one by one and restricted those accounts, but they're creating similar new accounts and constantly commenting.

So, in order to prevent unnecessary notifications from spam comments to post writers, we "Closed" the existing posts.
